AirMart is closing the airman travel agency it bought in 2018, which has been run by the Millwoods family for the last four years.
The company said in a statement it would begin taking steps to consolidate operations with Millwoods.
AirMart, which operates more than 100 airman service centers across the country, also is closing its Airman Travel Service Center in Florida, where it has operated since 2003.
Millwoods, which began in 2000, also operates more travel agencies in Texas, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, New Mexico and South Dakota.
The Millwoods have operated airman programs at the University of Mississippi, the University at Albany, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the University College London.
Millwood has operated in Texas for about 10 years, but the company said it will continue to serve the Air Force and other agencies as a service provider.
The Air Force is the last of the major military air service’s major civilian customers.
Airman travel agencies were one of the most popular travel services at Air Force One as the Air National Guard provided security for President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump.
Milliers Airman Service Centers have more than 800 employees, according to the Airman Association of the U.S. Air Force.
Millers is owned by a unit of private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management.
